Mohawk 4x4 Adventures Vermont Expedition No. 8
The acronym is as adventurous as the weekend.
Adventure isn’t always easy.
Our 2022 event will feature additions and bring back traditions.
- $90/Adult, Children under 18 are free - Group Discount is 10% off for 3+ adults
- Group and Tent Site Camping at the Coolidge State Park in VT included
- Plenty of space for everyone (If it sells out, we will have around 25 rigs.)
- The Pavilion is rented for the whole weekend, with electricity and restrooms
- Breakfast Saturday and Sunday served at the Pavilion in the Group Camping Area
- Member prepped dinner on Saturday night at the Pavilion
- Private Property access and tons of VT Class IV Highway trails
- Tee Shirts included for all adult tickets
- Children tee shirts available as add ons
- One group, wheeling together with an option to split up
- Pay showers available at the campground - bring quarters.

- All sales will close on Friday, August 5, 2022
- We're providing food and we have cooking equipment if you bring your own. If you have dietary considerations, just email president@mohawk4x4.org after you register, I will do my best. A goal for the event is inclusivity.
- We have made tickets available to accomodate everyone and every situation to the best of our ability.
- Any unsold tickets will be made available by invitation or advertisement to other potential attendees after July 30th.
If you want to invite a friend that isn’t a member, they can potentially sign up between July 30th and August 5th. We will have a guest membership application for the event and then an invite code for any remaining tickets. Please email president@mohawk4x4.org and I will try to help coordinate and facilitate this for you.
Itinerary:
Friday, Sept 2, 2022
- 4 pm Arrival/Check In with club
- Set up camp at your site and air down for 9 pm ride
- 9 p.m. Night Ride 2 - 3 hours
Saturday, Sept 3, 2022
- 8 a.m. Club Breakfast at the Pavilion
- 10 a.m. Driver Meeting at Pavilion Parking Lot
- Be aired down, ready for rig inspection and assembled by 10 a.m.
- This ride is a full day trip, you will need your food and non-alcoholic beverages for the day. We return around 6 p.m.
- 6 p.m. Club Dinner at the Pavilion
- 7 to 8 p.m. Night Ride on Private Property, 33s minimum, one locker and winch or two lockers required. This trail system is rated as Black in difficulty. Plan on a wild, late night. No alcohol before or during this ride. Plan on a late night, the event is built around this so you can sleep in on Sunday.

Monday, Sept 5, 2022
9 a.m. For those that haven’t quite had enough wheeling, meet at the Pavilion Parking Lot aired down and ready to go.
What’s Included with Each Ticket?
- 3 nights camping and Pavilion access
- Tee Shirt (Order hoodies and extra tees at check out. We'll have club decals at check in for purchase.)
- 2 breakfast meals Saturday and Sunday
- 1 dinner meal on Saturday
- 2 nights of wheeling
- 3 days of wheeling
- Children under 18 are free (Child size tee shirts available for $20 each at check out.)
Simple Lodging Rules -
- NO CAMPING IN THE PAVILION PARKING AREA.
- NO VEHICLES OR TRAILERS PERMITTED IN THE GROUP CAMPING AREA (except the club trailer).
- If you have a trailer for your rig or camping unit, we recommend a tent site or we will have off site parking for tow rigs or trailers at the Cameron Compound in Ludlow.

How to buy tickets -
As you select your tickets for the people in your party, options will open up for all members and adult guests to select their free tee shirt sizes.
Children Tees are vailable for $20 each.
We are doing a pre-order for the a very requested Hoodie Sweatshirt for the event as well as extra adult tee shirts. We will contact everyone that orders one before August 5th for your sizes to submit our order on AUGUST 5TH, 2022.
A huge thank you to all of the people that have helped string this event together. It’s been a very long 9 months of negotiating with several campgrounds, VT State Park management and park rangers, including trips to VT to “lay eyes” on potential camping areas, extensive work being done at this park and more.
